Who we're looking for:

• You are currently studying a computer science related subject at a university and looking for an exciting side job or internship
• You have experience with monitoring tools and Linux
• You are goal-oriented, motivated and proactive in your work
• You have fun dealing with customers and supporting them in all kind of questions concerning our product "Easy Shopper"
• Ideally you have knowledge of structuring and categorising support cases
• You see yourself as a supporter in the process of optimising our tools in order to control our system better
• You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards your job!
• You are eager to move beyond your limits in order to develop new solutions for exciting projects
• You can communicate equally well in German and English
