Who we're looking for:

- You’re studying computer science, business informatics or something similar at a college/university

- You have the necessary intuition for telephone customer support and can see yourself as a competent contact person for the on-site problems of our products

- You naturally know what a shell is and have basic knowledge of remote debugging via Linux/SSH and/or other server environments

- Ideally, you already have experience in the Service Desk area and are familiar with the clean documentation of support requests

- You are confident with Microsoft or Google Office products and can navigate confidently through our spreadsheets

- You are reliable and precise in your work and can complete your tasks responsibly

- During exciting Projects you learn quickly and enjoy helping with the development of new solutions

- You are curious about all kinds of technologies and have an enthusiastic attitude towards your job

- You are a communicative, solution-oriented and open-minded team player

- You are willing to travel if necessary during semester breaks and have at least a class B driving license

- You can communicate just as convincingly in German as in English
