Whiz-Cart is what we came up with when we transformed the traditional shopping cart to bring you the shopping experience of the future. With Whiz-Cart, it’s simply shop and go. No more re-bagging, waiting, or unpacking. Whiz-Cart navigates you through the store, lets you create shopping lists on the fly (and share them), alerts you to the best deals in the store, and, most importantly, lets you pay directly at the cart - forget waiting at the cash register!
It’s so easy.
Check out Whiz-Cart as used by our German partner EDEKA under the name EASY Shopper. Try it yourself!
Here at Pentland Firth the fun does not fall short. Every month all employees meet for the LOT (Local Office Training). The program of the day includes a colourful mixture of exciting lectures, important updates and funny presentations of our "Newbies". At the end of the day, the Fridays Bar opens. We also organise team events every year. In the summer as well as in the winter you can enjoy the great outdoors. In addition, we go to the Oktoberfest together every year. Because we are always looking for direct contact to people, our company booth has been at IKOM and the TEDxTUM event for several years. To ensure a regular exchange between the employees of different departments, we plan monthly Pizza-Friday and CTM's (Cross Team Meetings). As a team we have also participated in many activities outside of work, including the Spartan Race and Muddy Angels Run.

March 24th, 2020 we were awarded the ninth place in the Great Place to Work competition for small-sized tech companies in Germany! This means that, for the sixth year in a row, we are among the top 10 small-sized tech companies in Germany!
Furthermore, on April 1st, 2020 we were also awarded the tenth place in the Great Place To Work competition "Best employers in Bavaria 2020".
The results of these independent, anonymous employee surveys confirm that we truly are a place where people enjoy working and yet are challenged to constantly further themselves.
